Yes we are 100% Cruelty free and vegan. Any other information please always check our labels.

Are GG products Septic or Grey water safe?

Yes they are. We always recommend reading the product labels for any further information. It is always good to check against your manufacturer's guides for your systems and technologies may vary slightly.

Are your products safe for my family?

Yes. All of our products are plant-based, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic, making it safe for use around children and pets. If you want to know more about our products we have our SDS and you can email us to know more.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. We prioritise the planet by using biodegradable materials for our wipes and laundry/dish sheets, and our packaging is recyclable. Our refill system is also specifically designed to eliminate the need for single-use plastic bottles.
What does Natural Luxury mean?

It means we don’t believe you should have to choose between high performance and eco-consciousness. Our products are meticulously formulated to be powerful and effective while remaining plant-based, non-toxic, and stylishly packaged for your home.
Where are your products manufactured?

We pride ourselves as a small business to make sure we are doing our part. At present, our products are responsibly manufactured in either Australia or China using ingredients sourced all over the world. Here's the breakdown:

We work very closely with our off shore Manufactures and are fully across everything to make sure we are sticking to our business ethos. We are slowly but surely wanted to be fully Manufactured in Australia so we can support the local manufacturing economy. We will keep you in the loop as we expand and grow as a business.

Why have Concentre refills?

Our concentrates are designed to reduce plastic waste. So we give you a little so you can make a lot. Most cleaners are made out of 95% or more water. So by taking that away and giving you the refill concentre to create more it helps with Shipping cost and cutting down emissions during transit.This also reduce single-use plastic and packaging waste so that together we can create a better earth.

The Super Cleaner concentrate is sold in a 500ml bottle.
Since each refill only requires 25ml of concentrate mixed with 475ml of water, a single bottle of concentrate goes a long way.
The Math - Total Refills per Concentrate Bottle: 20 refills (500ml concentrate ÷ 25ml per use).

Our Luscious Lemon Floor Cleaner is a highly concentrated, plant-based formula designed for maximum efficiency. Because it requires such a small amount per use, a single bottle is exceptionally long-lasting.

The Math - Concentrate Usage: 5ml (or one capful) per use.
Total Uses: One bottle provides enough concentrate for 100 buckets of cleaning solution.
Water Ratio: Mix 5ml into a 9L water bucket or a steam cleaner

Lily Bloom Hand Wash Life Span Guide

Our hand wash uses a botanical blend of Lily of the Valley and Lavender, enriched with Sugar Beet to maintain hydration and Coconut Oil to cleanse without stripping the skin.

The Math - Concentrate Size: 500ml.
Average Dispense: A standard pump dispenses approximately 2ml of product.

Total Uses: One 500ml bottle provides approximately 250 washes.

The GG Room Diffusers
Because our natural diffusers prioritise plant-based oils and essential oils over synthetic "performance" chemicals, the evaporation rate is steadier and more subtle.
Lifespan: Our standard 100ml GG amber bottle provides consistent fragrance for 3 to 4 months.

Pro-Tip: Place away from direct sunlight and air vents to prevent rapid evaporation. Flip reeds every 1–2 weeks to refresh the scent.

GG Scented Sachets

Our sachets are made of natural products with plant-based oils and natural essential oils they provide a gentle, consistent fragrance.
Lifespan:
Closed spaces - 4 to 6 months.
Open spaces - 2 to 3 months.
Gym Bags/Shoes - 1 Months

Pro-Tip: Give the sachet a gentle squeeze every few weeks to reactivate the natural botanicals and essential oils.

Scented Sachets are fabric safe and won't transfer onto any clothes as long as you keep it in its sachet.

The Tools life span

As a natural, biodegradable product, the lifespan of the coconut coir depends on scrubbing intensity:

Daily Use: 3-4 months
Signs of Aging: Replace once the fibers become soft or start to shed significantly.
Eco-Friendly End: When the pad reaches the end of its life, it is 100% compostable simply toss it in your green bin or garden.
Make sure to let is dry out in between washes so it can last longer.


The GG Microfiber Cloths

The lifespan of our high-quality microfiber cloth is measured in wash cycles rather than months. Our GG professional-grade microfiber cloths are rated for 300 to 500 washes before the "hooks" in the synthetic fibers begin to break down or lose their electrostatic charge. Could be anywhere between 1.5 years - 2 years

You should consider replacing it if:
Absorbency drops: It starts pushing water around the surface rather than soaking it up.
Linting: It begins leaving small fibers behind (microfiber is designed to be lint-free).
Texture change: The cloth feels "crunchy" or stiff rather than soft and grippy. This usually happens if the fibers have been melted by high heat.

We recommend pairing it with our GG products for the longest life span with our natural, No harsh chemicals formulas. When washing make sure to do a seperate wash with just cloths to keep the cloths intact for longer.

How long does a pack of GG Hair Cleansing Wipes last?
Our wipes are designed to be a high-performance alternative to traditional dry shampoo.
For the Daily Refresher: If you use them after every workout or to refresh your "Day 2" hair, a standard pack typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
For Occasional Use: For those using them purely for travel or event-prep, one pack provides a reliable "salon-fresh" solution for several months.

What is the shelf life of the wipes?
Because our formula is alcohol-free and uses plant-based, biodegradable materials. For the best experience and to ensure the microbiome-friendly formula remains perfectly moist, we recommend using the pack within 3 months of opening.

How do I keep my wipes from drying out?
Seal Tight: Always ensure the resealable label or lid is pressed down firmly after every use.
Storage: Store your pack in a cool, dry place (like a gym bag or vanity drawer) away from direct sunlight or car heat, which can accelerate evaporation.
The "Flip" Trick: If the top wipe feels slightly less moist, store the pack upside down for 24 hours to allow the serum to redistribute through the plant-based fibers.

Are they truly biodegradable?
Yes. Our wipes are crafted from 100% plant-based, non-woven materials. They are designed to break down naturally after disposal, making them as kind to the planet as they are to your scalp.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We work hard to pack and ship all your goodies within 1 business day of order confirmation. From there, we hand it to Australia Post who typically take 3 to 5 business days but may take longer for regional shipments.
You will always receive a tracking number for your order.
